The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to other attractions. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was not included, but the coffee was delicious and affordable. the hotel also had a pool and jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing after a day of exploring. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
The internet connection was not reliable and sometimes unavailable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned daily and efficiently. The hotel had great facilities, including a wonderful terrace and pools where I could relax and enjoy my time. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of the woods and Pisa. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
All was good.

The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to a vast array of restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and speaks English fluently. They even offered us free bicycle rentals, which was a great way to explore the city at our own pace.
The hotel lacked some of the amenities we were interested in, such as fitness facilities, and the swimming pool turned out to be small and more of a bathtub and jacuzzi combo. Finally, we found the room a bit cramped for our liking, especially since we traveled with more than two persons.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of Pisa and the surrounding woods. the proximity to a public free beach was a major plus, and there was also convenient free parking available nearby. the hotel provided free bicycles, which we found to be extremely useful for exploring the area.
The limited English spoken by the owners, which made it a bit challenging to communicate effectively. the hotel could benefit from some updates as it appeared to be a bit outdated.
